Graingers Pebble Beach, managed by Mark and Paddy Grainger, is one of Dublin's finest public houses and has a reputation for serving an excellent pint of Guinness. Other drinks are available on request.
Bar food, includiing toasted sandwiches and soup, are also served and there is live music in the pub every month.
The pub, originally known as The Vernon, was established in 1951. According to local legend it was renamed when a former owner visited The Pebble Beach golf links in California,Los Angeles, USA and decided to take a little bit of LA back to Clontarf. The pub is known to the locals as "The Pebbler".
