Walk along the old canal path as has been done for over 200 years when the canal system first started, you can go South to St.Mullins and on to New Ross or head North along the canal path to Milford into Carlow, you can follow the walk way all the way to the Royal Canal as did the Guinness barges of old, for over 150 years bringing the barley from Wexford and Carlow to Dublin, or meander along the canal system to where it joins up with the River Shannon.
