About Keohanes Bar:
Kilmacsimon Quay is a tiny hamlet on the banks of the river Bandon. Here you will find Keohane’s pub which is family run since 1920. It was built by Lord Bandon as a summer residence. There are magnificent views of the river to be had from the comfort of your bar stool. The river is very much used in the summer for canoeing, waterskiing, there is a boat yard and the very active Kilmacsimon Rowing Club.
