The Commons Bar has a truly unique local atmosphere and it is the quintessential Cork “local”. When visiting our friendly and vibrant bar where local characters mingle with our national and international guests, you can enjoy a range of Corks famous creamy points of stout, local and international lagers, craft beers and carefully selected fine wines.
Our friendly and professional bar staff are delighted to provide our guests with a special wine and cocktail of the month. Specialty coffees and confectionery are served throughout the day where guests can relax and enjoy free Wi-Fi.
To truly experience the local character and culture you simply have to visit the Commons on one of our twice-weekly Bingo nights, Tuesday and Thursday of each week. On these evenings you will enjoy the fun and banter of a local Cork pub while participating in a friendly game of bingo. Major sporting matches are aired on large plasma screens, with a strong support for Cork teams prevalent!
The Bar also hosts entertainment three nights a week with our resident piano player on Monday nights together with 80’s DJ on Friday and Saturday and live music on Sunday nights.
