The Island Gate Pub and Restaurant is only minutes from Cork City - Fota House, Fota Wildlife Park, the Heritage of Barryscourt Castle, Cobh, Midleton Distillery and of course Fota Golf (home of the Irish Open). Established over 25 years, here the O'Connor Family serve excellent food and drink to both the local and visiting clientele. Daily lunches commence at 12.00p.m. and continue throughout the afternoon to 6.00p.m. Evening candlelight dining begins at 6.00pm.
Clubs, Associations and Groups always call in on the Island Gate when going to or coming from Cobh and the surrounding area. Special rates and varied menus are available.
