O'Kelly, would come for a quiet drink. The pub is filled with presidential memorabilia. Originally a coach house dating back to 1610, the Hole in the Wall is as close as you'll get to finding a pub within the 1700 acres of the Phoenix Park. It is also recognised as being the longest pub in Dublin.
The Hole in the Wall was established in 1651, but has been run by the Mc Caffery family for over 40 years. Over the years there has been a big change with the extension of the bar which now boasts a fantastic wine shop and a 60+ seated restaurant.
There is live music every Tuesday and Saturday night. THe Hole in the Wall Dublin offer an early bird menu running from 2pm to 6.30pm Monday to Saturday and all day Sunday. The Hole in the Wall Dublin also pride themselves on the fact that they were the first bar/restaurant to offer a no corkage policy throughout the premises.
