John Long's Pub and Restaurant close to Carlingford is an old style thatched pub in the heart of the Cooley Peninsula, the land of myths & legends where there’s always a céad míle fáilte waiting for all of our customers & visitors.
The main bar’s seating area right beside the large open fire is the perfect place to enjoy the homely Irish pub atmosphere in the company of friends over a drink or while enjoying a meal.
We have live music every monday night and traditional music sessions from time to time on weekends. The main bar has a large screen TV for the sports fans and a jukebox for your favourite music. in the lounge we have a pool table & large screen showing all sporting events.
John Long's function room is available for all special occasions, events and activities. We provide full bar facilities.
