Taking over the business from their parents in 2002, Jon Paul and Charly Egan have grown the business substantially while retaining the same commitment to quality for which The Bull has become synonymous since those early days.
The Egan brothers have retained their strong customer base while attracting a new generation with the introduction of two new bars - Itzabar and the China Shop.
