No hospitality or generosity. Lacking soul.
Unfortunately I needed to use this bar as my reservation fell through after been scammed by a booking site. I sought refuge and a safe space to reset and send a few messages and organise a place to sleep. I was exhausted and anxious.
The young man was accommodating but the older lady was not. I had my dog with me and was trying to find a dog friendly accommodation for the night.
I had to leave because she wasn’t into dogs. Whilst I respect a no dog policy I also was hoping for civility.
Despite my vulnerability and situation I was also hoping for generosity of spirit and decency.
Will not be back even without the dog.
We left promptly
