Orla and Andy Donaghy established the bar that carries their name in 1994 following ten years working in the U.S. hospitality industry.
Six years later they opened Coach Lane, their award winning restaurant and rapidly built a reputation for superb and innovative cuisine. Andy’s philosophy when it comes to cooking is simple “source as much produce as possible locally without compromising on quality”. Preparation is key to the restaurants continued success and is reflected in the presentation.
