O’Caseys Lounge & Bar in ballyporeen village is a great place to visit, be it a party or fund raising night or to go out and have an enjoyable night, Caseys is the place to go – you will be welcomed by Ann the propreitor of o’caseys.It’s a great place to go for a chat or tell a joke or even burst into song with the very friendly locals.It’s a place that caters for the young and old with all sport shown live on the TV.
Ballyporeen is best known for being the ancestral home of United States President Ronald Reagan,and President Reagan visited the village on 3 June 1984 and delivered a speech to its residents.So if you are ever visiting the local sights or visiting a town steeped in history O’Caseys Bar is well worth a visit and rumour has it you wont find a better pint of Guinness in the county.
