The Mall is Bunclody’s premier entertainment venue. Eddie Doyle acquired The Mall in early 2006. This exquisite property is a traditional bar and restaurant with a cosmopolitan atmosphere where wholesome Irish and international award winning dishes adorn the extensive menu.
The pub consists of a fine front bar seating around 100 people, and a large lounge to the rear seating 150 people, with an enclosed heated decking area, a pool table and beer gardens to the rear. The Mall is particularly popular for 21st parties, weddings and other special occasions.
Nightly entertainment all week long includes Poker (Texas Hold’Em), Salsa Dancing, Talent Competitions, Live Bands, and this exciting venue also boasts a Disco Bar (see Entertainment section).
Food is served all day, with breakfast starting at 10.00am. Lunch commences at 12pm daily, and evening meals are served until 10 pm. Function food is also provided as required, and can range from a full sit down meal to light party food.
Eddie Doyle’s professional team includes Mr Mark Atkin of maricacatering, Bar Manager George Levingstone, Supervisors Bonnie Foster and Deirdre Byrne, together with experienced and friendly bar and waiting staff. This dynamic team ensures the personal attention to detail that is the hallmark of The Mall’s success.
